I went last Friday to get Alexandra's 6 month photos taken. The pictures always seem to turn out cute. HOWEVER ... They have the worst customer service and don't know what staying on a schedule means. We were there for almost 2 hours total. We got there on time at 10:30 a.m., had to wait 45 minutes to have the pictures taken. The photographer took 19 pictures, in there no more than 20 minutes. Then had to wait another 30 minutes for them to "upload" the 19 pictures and "enhance" them. Then it was my turn to choose the pictures that I wanted at the computer. I had a coupon they said I could use for a free 10x13 with enhancements. So I picked out my pictures. Picked out the pictures I wanted for the coupon. Then I went to the register to pay. Then they said I couldn't use the coupon because there wasn't 4 people in the picture. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? Lamest excuse. So I asked them if I came back and there were 5 people in the picture? Could I use the coupon, then?? I was so frustrated. So, I didn't pay the $29.99 that the coupon was supposed to pay for. I left only paying $7.99 (plus tax) and 2 hours of my life. Thank you JCPenney for another wonderful experience at the Portrait Studio. Do you want to know the sad part?? I will go there again, because they have the cheap coupons (when I get to use them) and I am a portrait club member until 2009. I get the Smiles by Wire, and one sheet of pictures for free every time I go.

The big enhancement one is so perfect! I'm a member of their portrait studio, too, but I agree that they sucker you in on the coupons & keep you there FOREVER! Caitlyn has the same khaki jumper with pink onesie- we've got great taste. :)

If you make sure you're the first appointment for the day, the experience is definitely better. The pictures turned out way cute though. I love the super cheesy one and the one on the end.
She is getting so big and beautiful I can't even believe it! I agree with the Portrait studio drama- but I've found you've gpt to get the first appt. of the morning. Also, what's the deal with my Dad and the scary cat lady pictures?! Hello, can you say nightmares!
